The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining serves as secretariat for the EORE Advisory Group, launched in 2019 with 15+ organizations including UN agencies, international NGOs, and national mine action authorities. Co-chaired by UNICEF and rotating NGO (currently HALO Trust), the AG provides global guidance to improve EORE integration, effectiveness, and relevance. GICHD offers e-learning courses ("Introduction to EORE Essentials" and "Advanced EORE") in Arabic, English, French, and Ukrainian to build practitioner capacity worldwide. Research focuses on innovative EORE solutions and addressing challenges like funding gaps, localization, and disability inclusion.

The Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP), hosted by IFRC since 1999, published "Pedestrian Safety: A Road Safety Manual for Decision-Makers and Practitioners" (2013) addressing the 270,000+ annual pedestrian deaths (22% of all road fatalities). GRSP supported the 2nd UN Global Road Safety Week (2013) focusing on pedestrian safety and contributed to the Decade of Action for Road Safety goal of saving 5 million lives. The Road Safety Grants Programme, managed by GRSP under Bloomberg Initiative, supports civil society in low/middle-income countries to advocate for evidence-based pedestrian protection policies. National partnerships like RSP-South Africa focus on reducing pedestrian fatalities in vulnerable communities. CEO Dave Cliff advocates for reduced speeds in school areas, residential zones, and pedestrian-heavy corridors.
