Health Communication Capacity Collaborative (HC3)

Global, Multi-Regional

HC3 was USAIDs flagship global SBCC project from 2012-2017, led by Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs. It strengthened SBCC capacity in developing countries through technical leadership, research, evaluation, and customized support. HC3 created the Health COMpass platform (thecompassforsbc.org) housing SBCC tools, best practices, and how-to guides. The project also developed emergency response frameworks for health crises in Africa and Latin America.
